Poslaju yang tak berapa nak laju

Walaupun hari Isnin patutnya kita mulakan dgn senyuman dan fikiran yang positif... tapi... whatevs. Merempan dlm blog tetap kena walaupun ni citer seminggu lepas.

Aku baru register utk pickup poslaju (under company). So dah excited sgt nih!


Berangan mcm2. 

Tak payah pegi poslaju lagi hari2. Boleh spend more time kat rumah petang2 doing so much more work.

Paling best boleh extend cutoff time utk order Kay Parlour. Skang lepas kol 1 aku dah tak ambik order. Sebab by that time bebudak balik skolah, sibuk uruskan makan minum, keje skolah, pack brg, dekat kol 3 jugak aku kuar rumah pos brg. 

Tak nak lewat sgt sbb takut terlepas cutoff time dgn poslaju plak. And paling penting aku nak elak jem. Latest pun by Asar aku kena ada kat rumah balik sbb nak uruskan hal rumahtangga lagi.

So kalau ada pickup (Poslaju told me area aku akan dtg pickup between 4 - 6pm). boleh la extend sampai 3pm at least :)


So on Monday I called.

Ambik details bedebuk bedebak. Katanya latest by 5.30pm kalau tak de org dtg, call again.

5.30pm tak de.. I called again (the Hotline)

Ambik lagi details, verify again. Rupanya poskod aku salah. Dari 40300 jadi 47180. Ntah mana dpt jauh sgt tersasar. Fine. Katanya 5.50pm tak dtg lagi, call again.

5.50pm tak de.. I called again (Hotline.. again!)

REPEAT. AMBIK AND VERIFY details. Kalau 6.30 tak de, call PPL SHAH ALAM.

6.30pm tak de. I called PPL SHAH ALAM. 

TAK DE ORG JAWAB.


Brengset mereng keraput.

Dah la aku puasa. Mr p pun puasa. Azan je, solat maghrib dah berdesup semua ke Pos Ofis Shah Alam. Have to la kan? Org dah order, org dah bayar, aku dah janji akan pos hari yang sama!

Dlm hati mmg maki tak kira dah. Rasanya mmg negatip kot pahala posa aku..tskkk..

Sampai ke sudah, tak de org dtg, tak de org call.



Esoknya (Selasa). PPL SHAH ALAM call aku.

NAK AMBIK DETAIL AGAIN!!!

Kali ni aku tak puasa so seronok sket marah org.

Rupa-rupanya.. driver salah alamat so pergi ke Damansara sbb sana ada Seksyen U20.

Tapi kena bagi credit pada staff PPL yang call aku pagi tu, sebab bukan salah dia tapi dia jugak yg kena marah tapi tetap cakap elok2 and minta maaf.


Tapi aku sangat2 kecewa dgn service pickup ni. And no.. sampai skang aku tak pernah call lagi nak guna service ni. 

I have made official complaint to POS and to my account manager. Tapi belum ada apa2 tindakan. (not surprised there)


Until then.. ke Empire (Poslaju agent) la kita hari2!!!

Maybank story and gambar

Sikit jer lagi citer Maybank kay?

Tadi pergi Menara Maybank nak buat card baru. Alhamdulillah semua berjalan lancar, kad dah siap, tak der duit hilang. Tapi ada satu similar incident cam semalam. Time tgh tunggu card tu ada sorang customer kat kaunter, he was asking the Customer Service Officer (CSO) kalau buka akaun utk masuk gaji deposit berapa ringgit. The CSO answered RM10. Okaylah..setel.

1 minute after the customer left, the CSO asked her colleague, "eh..kalau buka akaun gaji sepuluh ringgit kan" her colleague answered "Lima puluh la...". She said.."alamak.. aku cakap sepuluh tadi... erm...tak per lahhh"

Tak per lah u said???? and she did not even bother to look for the customer to clarify and apologize.

So, logic tak kalau aku generalize yg Customer Service kat Maybank ni ignorant pasal information accuracy nih?

Tujuan aku blog pasal ni bukan ler nak memburuk2 kan. Tapi I really hope Maybank can do something about this. Malu lah.. largest local bank, servis mcm ni.

Okes...

Last week went to kenduri Najib.. Selamat Pengantin Baru to Najib and wife! On Sunday went to Kak Win's kenduri sempena anak teruna dia berkhatan.. fuhhh.. 2-2 hari makan sodap!

Speaking of berkhatan.. below is gambar iwan in action.. heheh.. and my PC punya wallpaper.. both gambar edited by an artist in the making..:) (obviously bukan aku ye..tgn eden keras tak leh buat benda2 artistic nih).

Now I'm having a BAD DAY!

Ni mesti tulah lagu ni lah... hishhh...
Ok where do I start?

Now, some of you may know that I'm in the process of facial treatment. Kulit muka aku horror gilos even Balqis dowan to kiss me. Sakitnya ya ampun. Tapi being typical women, nak cantik punya pasal aku sanggup lalui semua tuh.

And yes, I'm back to BML. Selepas a range of skincare semua tak berkesan I've decided to use BML balik. Baru start peeling last Saturday. And now my face still hurts. Being in this condition, is even worse then PMS i tell u. Sikit2 nak hangin, semua nak marah. Balqis pun kena..huhuh.. mama shoryyy ye cayang?

So, kalau jumpa aku tgh jalan, dinasihati agar menjauhi perkara2 berikut:
1. Tegur "eh apsal muka ko nih?"
2. Terlebih peramah nak borak lebih2 dgn aku, pasal nak senyum pun muka aku sakit skang...

ok, I didnt mean what i wrote above... i love u all and takkan nak buat muka masam kalau umpa org ye dok? hehehe...

Ok, dah habis intro, now nak masuk kisah hari ni...

I lost my maybank ATM card. Semlm baru sedar. Selepas 4 kali attempt nak call maybank semlm x dpt, I give up. Doa jer la semoga kad aku tak kena curik and tak de org ambik duit. Pagi ni lepas call, cancel card sumer, I asked

Me : Nak apply card baru kena gi HQ ke mana2 branch pun boleh?
Maybank : Mana2 branch pun boleh.. isi borang apply ATM card, isi no akaun.

So hari ni eden pergi lah ke PJ state punya branch. Selepas berpenat lelah mengharungi panas yg amat menyakitkan muka... tibalah saya ke maybank.

Me : Nak apply utk ATM card baru..
Maybank : Akaun apa?
Me : Current
Maybank : Branch mana?
Me : KL Main
Maybank : Buku ada bawak?
Me : (dlm hati...sejak bila current account ada buku plak nih..) Dik.. current account tak ada buku kan?
Maybank : errrmmm.. kena apply kat HQ kak...record akak semua kat situ.. kalau saving boleh...
Me : Tadi saya call customer service dia kata boleh buat kat sini...
Maybank : Tak boleh patutnya..
Me : Habis tu apasal dia cakap boleh?
Maybank : Kiotrang pun tak tahu la camna diorang ni kak, ni dah 2 kali dah jadi mcm ni. Kiotrang dah buat report dah sbb ramai customer yg komplen.. kami mita maaf la.. bla bla bla..

ok bebeh.... inhale.... exhale.... inhale... exhale......

i did not hear anymore what the boy was saying, sebab dlm hati cam dah macam2 benda nak kuar, and hangin dah sampai ke lima belas...and knowing mcm mana aku argue pun i wont be able to get my atm card there, so i just left.

Kalau korang.. sakit hati dak? ke aku jer yg terlebih sensitif?

Camni kalu, if 1 customer bukak akaun kat HQ, pas tu pindah sarawak, then ATM card hilang, kena balik HQ jugak la ye nak buat ATM card baru? gitu?
Camni kalu, byk2 branch maybank satu mesia ni pun, tak guna la iye? sbb certain transaction, kena jugak balik HQ.

Tu satu lah... and maybank staff pun, info mcm ni pun, bleh salah ek? Shud've taken the name of the CSO attending me just now. Next time ada incident camni lagi it will definitely go to the newspaper.

Told Catherine about this, and she said never trust Maybank. She lost her ATM card once, called them to cancel it. Next day dah jumpa, so she called to activate it balik. Guess what Maybank said..
"Your card wasn't deactivated maam, u may use your card"

since she said that, i check again the status of my ATM card in M2U. And yes people.... it is still active!!! yeeehaaaaa!! huahuahuahuhauauh...pandainya maybank eh?

Ok I wont wait for next incident. This is going to the newspaper now.

Semalam yang indah...

Im sure a lot of you who use Putra LRT also experience the same thing. Here's my version. (Sikit lagi kalau ada Keanu Reeves mmg macam citer speed aaa..hehhee... ok I'm exagerating)

1. Yesterday I had a very bad headache, so decided to skip gym and went back early.
2. Turun from ofis, I realized I forgot to chg my shoe. Normally I wear selipar jepun RM1.90 dtg ofis, tukar kasut , nak balik kang tukar selipar balik. I walk a lot, so b4 ni dah 3 pasang kasut aku jahanam, not even 3 mths each pair. Selipar murah ni jugak yg best! Kat carrefour ye kawan2.. kaler hitam dgn cokelat.. Anyway..since dah turun ofis, cam malas plak nak naik balik tukar kasut. I was hoping dlm tren dpt tempat duduk. Tgk2 tak dpt.. so berdirila aku dgn kepala yg pening..


Given these 2 situation, the last thing I wanted is tren rosak...:(

Dgr la suara2 announcement, "kami menghadapi masalah teknikal, tren akan bergerak lambat dan berhenti lebih lama di setiap stesen". I was like.. ye la ye la.. dah selalu sgt aku dgr mcm ni...hopefully tak lama la problemnyer.. Aircond pulak tak der.. mcm dlm sauna dah, baju melekit, peluh meleleh2. Sampai kat Abdullah Hukum, Alhamdulillah dpt tempat duduk, lega ya ampun! time tu dah 6.45 kot. Imagine how slow the train, 1/2 hour baru lepas 4 station. As usual I slept, tiba2 terjaga sbb rasa mcm baru lepas mandi, and suffocated.

Here comes the drama.
The time was 7.15 pm. Our tren dah almost sampai Pasar Seni. I can see behind us ada 2 lagi tren stuck. (Bukan I'm stuck here ye ayu..heheh). Half our the tren dah masuk dlm pasar seni punya station, the other half, where Im sitting still kat luar station. People started screaming for help, sbb mmg kenot breathe. I heard people calling police, bomba for help, coz NOBODY from putra came to rescue us. Tried intercom, tak de org reply. Then I heard people tried to smash the "pintu kecemasan" punya switch. Almost 5 minutes, baru boleh bukak pintu. So all of us keluar, jalan terkedek2 along the track, masuk pasar seni station. Baaaruuuuula org putra dtg terhegeh hegeh nak tolong. cehhh!!!


Ramai giler org i tell u.. mcm time aku pegi imigresen yg hangin satu badan. Cuma time ni tak larat nak hangin pasal kepala pon dah pening. I waited for 5 minutes at the station, then I decided to take taxi back home. 12 hengget!!!! abih duit akak! tapi this morning my fren told me the train stuck till 8++ pm. I arrived home around 8. Kalau tunggu, mau kol 10 baru sampai rumah. 12 hengget pun tak per la jack... 20 hengget pon aku sanggup kuar semlm, considering tgh sakit kepala.

Dah dekat kol 6..jom balik!

Stupid Celcom

Celcom punya cerita...

4 April – aku pi celcom nak register line supp. Sbb dpt phone free. Service masa tu dah mmg mcm anak harun. Anyhow the staff said she will contact me by Friday (7/4) to collect the phone.

7 April – as usual, tak der call, I tried to call the branch number, tak der org angkat.

Sampai today, I’ve been trying to call the branch, but tak per nah ada org angkat. I tried to call celcom CARELINE (care kepala bana nyer??), but the answer is very frustrating. Dah le kena tunggu almost 10 minutes baru dpt cakap dgn customer service, tak helpful plak tuh. I asked for another number for the branch, langsung tak ada. The CSR said she wil; call me back also never call.

So today, since my dad also dah sibuk2, I tried again (for like kali ke 57).

Call 76259900 (PJ Branch) : no one pick up
Call 36308888 (celcom careline) : CRS said PJ branch no other no, kenot help me. I insisted on other number, they gave me semarak HQ punya no.
Call 26873838 : a girl pick up, I told her my problem, she did not say anything, terus put me on hold for like 5 minutes!! Apa kejadahnyer? Cibai anak harun betul
Call the same number again, this time other girl pick up. She gave me handphone number for PJ branch staff.
Call the number ( 013-3330343) terus masuk VM. 4-5 kali jugak ler aku try…
Call 26873838 again, this time the staff told me to call the kaunter, 26883595
Call this number, few times, tak der org angkat.
Call 26873838 again, this time I was really angry. I told he rmy problems in a very angry tone, and the moment I said I wanna talk to your manager, the girl just hang up!!!

Waaaattttt daaaaa faaakkk????????

Kalau case mcm ni, do I have the right to be angry?

Kalau aku keje kat celcom, mmg aku malu giler la..

Korang2 kat luar… tolong la terminate line celcom.. kampeni mcm ni tak patut wujud kat malaysia.. celcom plak tu??
Kalau kampeni bapak aku ke, kampeni kecik mana2 ke nak ada reputation mcm ni, logik la…

CELCOM?? Mcm ni service??

Well I gues im just ordiinary customer.. contribution to revenue pon mayeb tak sampai 0.00005%. so sebb tu org buat dekk.. coz im not important.

Cuba kalau CEO mana2 yg log a problem mcm ni… perghh..sure kelam kabut bentang kaper merah nak attend to the problem..

Well celcom.. this is not the first time I encountered problem with you. It happened since year 2000. I still keep the documents FYI. But after 6 years, I tot there should be some kindda improvement. Apparently there isnt any.
This is so frustrating.

Customer Service Quality

I went to Celcom 2 days ago to register new fixed line. For my father actually, he got a promotion, register line, get free phone. Since the principal line is under my name, so I have to go personally to Celcom Branch and register the new line.

Tapi sebelum cerita, farah..jgn marah ek..just take it as constructive comments la..

I arrived at Celcom about 12.15. Queue kejap kat info counter sbb dunno how to proceed, then took the number. To my surprise, mak oiiiii… my number is 2083, current number is 2053 ( I can’t remember exactly, but I remember there were about 30 ppl ahead of me.

About 2 minutes, the number moved on to 2054. I tot, ok la..not so bad, mcm ni dlm 30 mins, max 1 hour dah boleh siap…

So I waited…after 10 mins… 15 mins.. aikk…number tak gerak2 pon….

10 counters altogether at the branch, but only 4 were open. Wat da heck??

Ok la..so I went makan first, so that wont waste my time. About 20 minutes I makan, tgk2…surprise…surprise…number 2054 tak gerak2 lagik!!! OMG WTF!!

Almost 1 pm already… demnnn…

I asked the info counter..

Me : dik…betul ke nak register ambik no ni? Apsal tak gerak2 pon no tu dah dekat sejam ni…
Info counter guy : betul kak…mmg tgh ramai org register sekarang…tgh promotion nih.
Me : tak de cara lain ke bley register? Fax form ke? Soh org lain dtg buleh, akak bagi authorization letter
Info counter guy : tak boleh akak..register mmg kena dtg sendiri..

Hmm…ok la..no choice..tunggu jer la..
Lagi best….of the 30 waiting numbers, only 6-7 je kot yg betul2 ada org…the others, I dunno wat happen…

Moral of the story ….
Celcom has this promotion, register and get free phone. If you have launched promotions mcm ni, you should have anticipated the volume. You should have planned the capacity, technical ke, human resources ke. Plus, even if no promotion, you should have know that during lunch mmg ramai org dtg. Plan la the support people, the front desk officer to take turn have their lunch. Ni dah 1.30, baru terhegeh2 org balik lunch, baru penuh semua counters.

Just think that something could be done to improve.
