Stupid Celcom

Celcom punya cerita...

4 April – aku pi celcom nak register line supp. Sbb dpt phone free. Service masa tu dah mmg mcm anak harun. Anyhow the staff said she will contact me by Friday (7/4) to collect the phone.

7 April – as usual, tak der call, I tried to call the branch number, tak der org angkat.

Sampai today, I’ve been trying to call the branch, but tak per nah ada org angkat. I tried to call celcom CARELINE (care kepala bana nyer??), but the answer is very frustrating. Dah le kena tunggu almost 10 minutes baru dpt cakap dgn customer service, tak helpful plak tuh. I asked for another number for the branch, langsung tak ada. The CSR said she wil; call me back also never call.

So today, since my dad also dah sibuk2, I tried again (for like kali ke 57).

Call 76259900 (PJ Branch) : no one pick up
Call 36308888 (celcom careline) : CRS said PJ branch no other no, kenot help me. I insisted on other number, they gave me semarak HQ punya no.
Call 26873838 : a girl pick up, I told her my problem, she did not say anything, terus put me on hold for like 5 minutes!! Apa kejadahnyer? Cibai anak harun betul
Call the same number again, this time other girl pick up. She gave me handphone number for PJ branch staff.
Call the number ( 013-3330343) terus masuk VM. 4-5 kali jugak ler aku try…
Call 26873838 again, this time the staff told me to call the kaunter, 26883595
Call this number, few times, tak der org angkat.
Call 26873838 again, this time I was really angry. I told he rmy problems in a very angry tone, and the moment I said I wanna talk to your manager, the girl just hang up!!!

Waaaattttt daaaaa faaakkk????????

Kalau case mcm ni, do I have the right to be angry?

Kalau aku keje kat celcom, mmg aku malu giler la..

Korang2 kat luar… tolong la terminate line celcom.. kampeni mcm ni tak patut wujud kat malaysia.. celcom plak tu??
Kalau kampeni bapak aku ke, kampeni kecik mana2 ke nak ada reputation mcm ni, logik la…

CELCOM?? Mcm ni service??

Well I gues im just ordiinary customer.. contribution to revenue pon mayeb tak sampai 0.00005%. so sebb tu org buat dekk.. coz im not important.

Cuba kalau CEO mana2 yg log a problem mcm ni… perghh..sure kelam kabut bentang kaper merah nak attend to the problem..

Well celcom.. this is not the first time I encountered problem with you. It happened since year 2000. I still keep the documents FYI. But after 6 years, I tot there should be some kindda improvement. Apparently there isnt any.
This is so frustrating.

aku dah cut and paste cerita hang and forward kat kawan aku yg keje kat celcom. maybe something that she shud voice internally.

Konot, Celcom ni sebab depa rasa depa dah besar sangat, so they have the mentality "take it or leave it". Ni mmg sikap syarikat-syarikat tempatan macam Proton, TNB, Telekom dll.... semua mmg dasar makan duit buta. Dah la most malaysian ni tak suka bawak kes pegi court, that's why they are taking advantage to be macam anak haram.

Tambahan kerajaan kita ni dasar depa melindungi hak peniaga @ kroni, bukannya hak pengundi@rakyat yang undi depa. Pungkoq hang la Badawi !

baru jer telekom buat promo their service is getting better.. tup2 celcom mcm nih..

Aku penah keje as customer service kat celcom tp aku quit sbb boring.24 jam jawab call and yang call tu semua of course org2 yg tengah marah dengan services yg ada problem lah.sket ker byk aku xsure sbb itu kerja engineer yg kat building lain.byg kan lah.dalam satu jam aku kena jawab like 23-30 calls and at the same time kena puaskan hati org2 tu.aku pun tau yg celcom ni bukan a perfect or at least best among the best tp org non-stop call sbb careline celcom free,not like maxis or digi.One more thing,celcom n customer service dia different company.Customer service hanlded by VADS yg buat kitaorg punyer manual and training.kalo pasal phone or aper2 promotions yg celcom suka2 buat tp xbagitau kitaorang and org call and ask us,of course lah kitaorg jawab tak tau or bagi jer lah aper2 info yang kitaorg tau at that point of time,like branches punyer phone number yg of course a hunting line punyer number lah.saper nak jawab.

Masa tu aku keje aku bertahan 4 hari jer sbb stress.Jawab call satu jam xsampai 20 sbb yg call semua tengah marah2 and cakap berjela2.dah jawab elok2,semua tu dirakam plak rupanyer,pastu terkasar sket kena marah plak dgn executive yg dengar complaint tu balik.Tension.So,untuk mengelakkan dari kena marah,kitaorg putuskan line or buat2 xdengar.hehehehe...
So,kurang sket factor utk kena marah.Besh..
ramai lagi yang kitaorg maki balik sbb kitaorg kena maki sebelum start keje and maybe you one of the victim.sorry to say but the moral of the story,kalo tak puas hati aper2,datang jer lah kat branch,abes citer.daripada buang duit call byk2 kali,baik naik teksi pegi jer ambek kat branch.Okey?
