Tadi pergi Menara Maybank nak buat card baru. Alhamdulillah semua berjalan lancar, kad dah siap, tak der duit hilang. Tapi ada satu similar incident cam semalam. Time tgh tunggu card tu ada sorang customer kat kaunter, he was asking the Customer Service Officer (CSO) kalau buka akaun utk masuk gaji deposit berapa ringgit. The CSO answered RM10. Okaylah..setel.
1 minute after the customer left, the CSO asked her colleague, "eh..kalau buka akaun gaji sepuluh ringgit kan" her colleague answered "Lima puluh la...". She said.."alamak.. aku cakap sepuluh tadi... erm...tak per lahhh"
Tak per lah u said???? and she did not even bother to look for the customer to clarify and apologize.
So, logic tak kalau aku generalize yg Customer Service kat Maybank ni ignorant pasal information accuracy nih?
Tujuan aku blog pasal ni bukan ler nak memburuk2 kan. Tapi I really hope Maybank can do something about this. Malu lah.. largest local bank, servis mcm ni.

Last week went to kenduri Najib.. Selamat Pengantin Baru to Najib and wife! On Sunday went to Kak Win's kenduri sempena anak teruna dia berkhatan.. fuhhh.. 2-2 hari makan sodap!
Speaking of berkhatan.. below is gambar iwan in action.. heheh.. and my PC punya wallpaper.. both gambar edited by an artist in the making..:) (obviously bukan aku ye..tgn eden keras tak leh buat benda2 artistic nih).

btw..byk2lah bersabo pasal maybank nie..aku pun sama kat btg nie..sampai ingat nk tukar bank je..sorry to say most of the staff x friendly langsung kalo bab problem kita..tapi kalo bab beli insurans, ASB dll..manisnye mulut dan senyum mesti over...
ika..maybank mmg tak leh harap... sabo jer la...
