Konvensyen Inspirasi Keusahawanan Wanita 2013

Assalamualaikum,

Event ni, aku attend bulan June haritu. Organized by pihak Karangkraf. Dapat tiket free! Ihsan from pihak Oceanlife (tokey Ephyra). Diorang (Oceanlife) kasik 10 tiket free kat dealer2 ephyra.



Harussss dimulakan dengan gambar tuan tanah. Masa ni muka aku mcm berisi sket eh..

Eh.. kau kurus ke skang?????


Oceanlife pun ada booth kat situ. Sempat la jumpa org2 kuat Oceanlife yang selama ni banyak membantu kitorang para dealers.



Kenal tak kenal tak????

Bukan yang pakai tudung budak tembam tuh. -____-


Tu la Amiza, tokey besar Ephyra i.e. pengasas Oceanlife. Tengok gambar lawa bukan? Real life lagik 15 kali lawa. Tinggi, kurus, kulit lawa, rambut lawa. Eh aku tatau la tang  mana yang tak lawa. Cam nyesal plak aku ambik gambar sebelah dia. Tetiba rasa mcm huduh. Isk.


Boleh bawak sorang partney to this event. So aku bawak ler budak ni ha.




Ni la Lyein Mansor tokey kek kat Oven Comel.


Dgn dia ni, kemho je la keje nyer. Tapi kemho2 pun, time speaker bercakap kitorang tetapppp pay attention. Maklumlah, masing2 nak jadik usahawan berjaya.. ecewahhh..



Lunch provided. Sedap hoi makan. Tengok la pipi masa tu. Tengok la pinggan. Acaner pipi nak kurus??


Ok la now the serious stuff.





Ni la speaker2 nya. Semua memang dah berjaya dalam bidang masing2.


Rozita Ibrahim however was replaced by owner Hajaba (tak ingat plak nama).


Seharian workshop ni, memang banyak info yang bermanfaat boleh kita dapat. Speaker2 semua bagus2 belaka and memang kau definitely takkan mengantuk.

But I am particularly interested in these few keypoints yang aku rasa memang penting untuk mana2 bakal usahawan. 



1. Create your brand / icon / logo. This is very important sebab your logo gives the first impression towards your product / services. Kalau tak pandai buat, hire a designer to do it for you. Guna font, color and gambar yang sesuai. Have a tagline yang sesuai, catchy and senang org ingat.




Ahemm....lawa tak lawa takkkkkk????


2. Mesti ada dot com domain, to provide info on your company, and act as the medium untuk jual beli. Have a proper online sale portal. Skang ni mmg byk org jual thru fb/ig. Memang lagi cepat, but imagine kalau sales volume dah banyak, mcm mana nak handle order, mcm mana nak kira stok etc. Future growth kena ambik kira jugak :). Plus, bila ada dot dom domain ni, nampak lebih sikit credibilitynya. Email pun boleh buat mcm admin@kayparlour.com. Kan nampak lebih bagus? Tak de la org nak submit order kena email kat norliana@gmail.com -____-

3. FB/Twitter/IG tu semua utk interactions with customers and for quick updates. Jgn menjual beli kat situ pulak.  (ye ye tauuu iols pun buat jugak. online shop coming soon!!!)


4. To do all these (all of the above), if its not your expertise, then hire someone to do it for you. Spend sikit duit. Tak mahal pun sekarang. Average RM1000 dah boleh setup your online shop dah. Dlm range RM500 camtu dapat dah kot design logo/namecard. Rather than you spend time nak terjojol bijik mata studying how to setup online shop, bayar je la org to do it. Might as well spend your time creating the contents and fikir the marketing strategy.



Banyak lagi info and tips untuk berjaya, not only in business, but also as an individual. Bebila yang aku teringat, I will share with you here.




It was indeed a very, very beneficial session for all of us. 



Of all the things, one main important point that I will always remember is in whatever we do, kena ada PASSION and DETERMINATION.


Semoga kita semua akan lebih berjaya in whatever we do. 

Semoga kita semua akan menjadi insan berjaya dunia dan akhirat.
