Update diri sendiri yang malas and cerita workout

Assalamualaikum,


Pergh, 11 hari tak update blog. Bukan kata blog jek, fb, ig, semua kelaut. Ada lah sekali sekala. Tapi most of the days mmg kelaut lah jawabnya.

Nak kata malas, pun ye. Tapi bukan lah tak de mood ke hapa. Cuma mcm occupied dengan benda lain, so mcm bila dah excited sibuk, benda2 yang lain semua letak tepi.


Nak kata sibuk sgt dgn Kay Parlour, pun tak de lah sangat. Tu pun 2 x 5 nak ikut kelaut.. hahah.


Ikutkan benda nak update mmg banyak sangat lah. Event2 yang berlaku since awal tahun pun banyak sangat dikepam.


Tunggu cukup setahun kot :p


Well actually yang no 1 contributor is my workout kot. Skang ni tengah gigih workout nak dapat badan mcm pompuan di bawah ini




Kalau tak kenal, ni la Kelli and Daniel from FitnessBlender.com Ceh, cakap mcm gaya aku kenal je kan? hihi


Diorang ni laki bini. Buat website ni and kasik free full workout videos. Sapa2 pun boleh ikut. Termasuk la aku. Mmg hari2 aku dok browse and cari workout. Aku suka diorang ni, sbb masa workout, dia bagi explanation tu cukup clear. And diorang ni cam sweet. Tak de la sweet poyo. Alahhh, pegi la godek website tuh. Baca article, tengok gambar diorang. Mesti korang laki bini semangat nak workout.



Pas tu skang aku ader gang eatclean kat watsapp group. Dont play play. Semua semangat waja nak slim and fit. Semua hari2 motivate diri sendiri and masing2 suruh eatclean and workout. Bagus ada kawan2 mcm ni. Tapi yang tak bagus bila kau makan terlebih kang kena marah. So lain kali nak makan lebih2 jgn kepoh kat grup okeh? Kah kah kah.


Now almost every morning aku jog/run kat treadmill with a friend. Sonok berlari dgn kawan sbb sambil lari mulut pun menceceh bercerita (walaupun termengah2 tapi tetapppp nak gosip) and tanpa disedari ehhh dah dekat 30 minit dah..


Lepas tu, either directly after my run or sometimes in the evening, aku buat program ni.






Ni pun another health and fitness website that provides free full workout videos. Yang aku suka pasal hasfit ni sbb dah ada program yang aku boleh ikut je tanpa buang masa fikir and browse and cari workout apa nak buat.

Plus another thing yang aku suka sbb semua workout dia short (less than 30 mins) and simple. Sesuai untuk org yg busy mcm iols.


Tapi jangan tertipu. Short and simple. Bukan short and sweet.


Now aku dah Day 6. Masa after Day 4 haritu, satu badan aku especially butt and thighs mengalami kesakitan yang hazab. Padahal baru 3 hari workout. Hasfit punya workout ni, walaupun short tapi sangat intense. I remember the last time aku sakit badan mcm ni is few years back masa aku mula2 join gym. 


So hopefully after 90 days ni boleh la aku dgn mr p posing mcm Kelli and Daniel tu. Hikhikhiktuiiiii




But again, nak healthy, nak fit, nak sihat, nak cantik, makan kena jaga. In fact, jaga makan adalah lebih penting dari workout. Studies show, pemakanan yang betul contributes 60% - 70% while the rest adalah dari workout.


Tak guna kau tonggeng terbalik peluh2 sakan tapi makan tak jaga. 



Well nak cerita panjang pasal ni kang mmg tak habis. Tu pasal aku buat Kay Parlour. So that I can share whataver knowledge and information that I have with all of you.


I am not a professional nor a certified trainer pun. Cuma belajar from experience and apa yang dah di appplied kat diri sendiri, and family terdekat.


Kita tak nak just sit and wait and one day suddenly you realized you are diagnosed with diabetes lah, obesity lah, high BP lah, etc. Jaga your health now while we are young.








This was October 2012. Berat 56kg. 

Muka bulat tak ingat. Lengan.. lengan... urghhh.. nevermind!





October 2013. Berat 46kg.


Still not there yet. Berat maybe dah dpt ideal, but bodyfat masih banyak. But in terms of physical, although tak de la nampak sgt different (10 kg je kot) but dah boleh la pakai baju lama, and I feel good about myself. 


Sometimes, its not just about being kurus. You want to be fit, lean, strong and healthy.



Start now. Jangan tunggu esok, minggu depan or tahun depan.

Ko punya journey lebih kurang aku. I also started circa similar time :). Btw hari tu nampak kau n sofea kat finishing line terus naikkan my semangat. Im sure mr p feels the same :) -shareen-

Im.glad in a way aku kasik kau semangat. I shud lari 5km with the kids mlm tu tapi ujan so kensel la.. frust bebudak..huhu

Salam,

Nak tanay details on Melbourne. get to know this blog pun after googled. I've been searching high and low on accomodation at melbourne and phillip islands. tak nak duk kat apartment...i would prefer to stay at a house....tp susah sgt nak cari..boleh tolong bg info tak on vacation rebtal yang u rent ms stay kt phillip island and melbourne....thanks.
