Aku skang dlm process nak tukar alamat surat menyurat.
Yeah I know dah 3 bulan duduk sini baru hegeh2 nak tukar alamat. Tu pun sbb dah confirm org nak sewa rumah Melawati start April. Kalau tak mmg tak jalan...

Anyway... was calling the banks pagi tadi. CIMB, SCB, Maybank etc.
Some banks boleh tukar thru the phone.
Some request buat thru online banking.
Some request kena pegi branch.
Fine.. lain bank lain cara. Security issues perhaps. Terima je la kan.
Yang bestnya satu bank ni.
"Hello, saya nak mintak tukar alamat ye"
"Boleh tahu siapa bercakap?"
"Che' Puan Konot"
*ok acah je tu.. opcos aku cakap nama aku*
"Boleh mintak credit card number?"
"1234567890"
"Puan saya nak buat verification ye"
"Ok"
And the verification goes on. U know lah, kekdg soklan dia differs. Tadi ni tetiba dia tanya aku suruh bacakan nombor akaun.
Who the hell ingat no akaun????
Ok I know kak ani ingat no akaun dia and few others.. but that's because she is an akauntan!
Tetiba rasa mcm buat salah sbb tak ingat ok!
Bahabun sungguh.....
But luckily aku ni ada sikit2 darah akauntan.. ingat jugak la my current account punya no. Tu pun sbb dah few years.. hari2 aku dok ulang type/baca kat orang bila org mintak no utk bayar online, be it for tupperware, ephyra etc.
So setel verification.
Nak tahu what happen after the verification???

Like Alliance Bank, lepas tanya nama aku, terus dia cakap tak boleh buat thru phone. Tak de la buang masa kan?
