Drink water



Did u know, that for every 25kg of your total body weight, you have to drink AT LEAST 1 liter of PLAIN WATER everyday?

Korang tau? Ohhh.. aku baru tau.. (not so baru, recently).

I guess its similar to the drink 8 glass of water everyday.

Tapi in this case, aku rasa lagi specific kot.  Sebab boleh adjust to body masing2.

Cer kau bayangkan aku kerah Sofeya yg cinonet tu minum 8 glass satu hari? Mau muntah kedarah dia. 8 glass tea perty set tu boleh la gamaknyer…

Kalau mcm Balqis (berat dlm 27kg) I guess at least dlm 1liter++. Aku kerah dia minum at least 1.5 liter.. lepas la jugak target. (malas nak kira detail sebenau nyer..)

Kalau mcm aku (err…berat semasa puasa 47 kg, skang aku malas nak timbang :p) I’m guessing at least 2 liters per day.

Target 2 liter lah..

TAPI…

Kekdg nak lepas 1 liter pun payah.

PEMALAS

PELUPA

Payah sgt la kan (aku la), menda senang lagik free (air kat ofis aku free).  Mmg stok nak kena ketuk baru minum gamaknyer..

Padahal kalau minum cukup air, mmg nampak jelas beza especially kat kulit.

Tak kering and gatal2.

Jerawat pun tak tumbuh sgt. SERIYES.

Malas nak bukak citer jerawat, sebab ni la aku tersedar that I have not been drinking enough water.

Giler bapak besar mengganas skali kalau tumbuh. Kat tgh2 kepala pulak tu..


Dah tumbuh baru nak sedar kan konot kan??


Stress!


Apart from skin, sakit kepala pun mmg obviously kurang. Dulu ada dokter pernah bagitau aku, sakit kepala ni bukan sebab apa pun kekdg, sometimes its our brain’s way of telling us that our body tak cukup air.

Aku notice normally on weekends aku pening, sbb on weekends yg aku selalu tak minum air. Kalau kat ofis ni boleh tahan lagik la ada botol air kat sebelah. Weekends? Harammmm…

Dulu aku tatau jerawat can be caused sbb body heat. Dok ingatkan minyak la, kulit masalah la, skin care tak betul la…

Then the beautician kat tempat facial aku (ehem.. ai pergi facial skang yeww.. ni later ai citer) cakap, normally kalau jerawat seketul2 ni, maybe sbb hormon, or body heat. Kena bykkan minum air. And especially dekat2 nak period, extra kan dose minum air utk meminimizekan  or mengelakkan jerawat kuar.

Bukan org tak bagitau.. bukan tatau.. tapi Malas. Ngada.
