Ni pasal keje lagik.
Yes yes, my last post may sound a bit (rite.. abit) emo. Tapi betul tauuu… it was THAT BAD. However, ntah mcm mana… they offered me the job.
I am surpised. Really.. I am. Syukur alhamdulillah :). I accepted the offer, and Insya Allah esok aku tender my resignation. Lets just say that this company is 123.
NOW.
Some of you may know that aku ni nakkkkkkk la sgt masuk this one company, lets call it ABC. Kawan2 aku dah ramai masuk sana. So aku dgn terhegeh2 nyer.. submit la resume aku kat kawan2. Diorang tolong rekemen.
Tak cukup dgn kawan2.. 2-3 headhunter call aku (pergh mcm bagus jer buunyik kannnn) nak rekemen for ABC jugak..
Sampaikan bila kawan aku submit resume kat HR, this lady cakap kat kawan aku “ehh.. norliana ni punya resume ni dah TUJUH org kasik!”

Either mmg aku ni bagus sgt and ramai org berebut nak rekemen…
OR..
Aku ni mmg terhegeh2 sgt deperado tahap dewa nak masuk ABC... kuikuikui..
Anyway.. this was about 3 mths ago kot.. tunggu punya tunggu.. tarak kabar berita pun. While kawan2 aku dah berkepuk2 dah masuk sana.. :(
Within that period.. as u know.. company 123 offered me the job.. and ada aku pegi interview dgn another company, XYZ sekali tu.
So all in all, ada 3 companies now.. ABC, XYZ and 123.
And waddayaknow… right after I accepted the 123 offer,
-XYZ called for second interview
-ABC CALLED FOR INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!
And all happening the very same day!
*pengsan*
Things bertambah complicated pasal I oredi accepted offer from 123. But.. kalau aku tak accept.. I do not have guarantee that ABC will offer me.. kan?
IF, ABC offer me, I dono if I can just write to 123 saying I decline the offer, or I have to serve them the notice period (1 month).
Pening? Well.. mata yang membaca pun pening.. lagikan pulak kepala yang memikir..
Tapi.. sumerang cakap kat aku... toksah pk pk uncertainties ni.. pegi je interview dulu. Dah dpt nanti.. baru pk. If i have to serve 1 mth notice kat 123, serve je la..
Ehh.. korang paham ke dilema aku?

not all banks... but.. semua within banking industry jugak.. mana lagi aku nak pegi amy.. lama sgt dah dlm industry ni.. tempat lain tanak dah aku... huhuh

MAsuk je dulu... yang err... yg dah offer tu lah but still go for the interview... Kalau dapat yang... err... yang ko nak sgt tu, berenti je lah... Tak confirm buleh bg 24 hours notice kan... Good luck darling
aishah, consultant teori boleh la.. aku dah hafal standard questions.. and mentally prepared standard asnwers.. tapi bila masuk, kejung cenggitu jugak... haha
cpk, yg dah konfem ni pulak.. thing is tak konfirm pun 1 mth notice.. but see how la.. aku baru habis interview with XYZ ni.. mcm nak kerah aku habis2an jer... erkkk
