Makeup part 2 - eyes

eye collection nampak cam sikit tapiiiiiiii nak menyolek mata adalah mengambil masa yang paling lama…

so.. again, assuming aku rajin tahap gaban.. (which i am, lately) these are what i do:

1. shape my eye brow pakai the brow liner supaya the eye brow (apa nama eye brow dlm melayu?) tidak bersepah2.
2. depending on kaler baju yg aku pakai, aku mix and match the eye shadow kaler. i dono abt you, but i am not that good with eyeshadow. tak reti den nak pakai byk2 kaler. i so envy lah those ppl yg pandai. me, paling byk kaler i can match is 2 tone. tu pun setelah berkali2 pegi makeup counter and sambil membeli aku kerah the salesgirl to teach me how to apply the eyeshadow.
3. so normally aku mix the lighter color (apply through the eye lid). then apply the darker shade kat outer corner lid (buat mcm shape triangle). then blend la the color agak2 nampak mcm tak obvious sgt the color difference. bila tutup mata mmg kekedg nampak cam lawak sket.. but when you close your eyes, nampak cam cantik jugak la the tone. wah..perasan nyer aku!!
4. even tho the eyeshadow pallete tu comes together with the brush, but aku normally guna the brush that i bought from stila. reason sbb menatang ni mahal nak mampos, dono what was i thinking when i bought it, but after 4 years beli, aku cam tak regret la.. senang pakai and tahan sampai sekarang. so kalau ada makeup brush yang mahal tu toksah la kedekut nak beli, pasal mmg berbaloi!
5. habis eyeshadow, aku pakai eye pencil . normally ppl would use pencil liner kat the upper eye lid utk menghighlight kan the eyes. Tapi the beautician tu advise sbb mata aku dah sediakala besau.. so jgn taruk eye liner kat atas, pasal nanti nampak galak sgt. so for mata yg besau2, what you do is you apply the eye liner IN BETWEEN your eyelashes. ada paham ke? so your eyelashes nanti nampak mcm darken sket la… and.. i do this only kat upper eye lid. kat bawah tak boleh, pasal nanti nampak mata lagi galak.
6. then, apply mascara. also i apply only kat upper eye lid. kat bawah ok jer kalau aku apply, tapi aku ader masalah nanti dah lama2 the mascara tu mcm smudged and as a result mata aku nampak mcm lebam kat bawah. plus, kalau nak cantik taruk mascara or liner kat lower eye lid, kena apply sikit highlighter or eye corrector kat lower lid so tak nampak cam mata lebam sgt, which, aku masih belum ader... hmmmmmmm...
7. setel!
