Culture shock kejap.. after few years hidup goyang kaki kat ofis..tetiba aku byk keje!!
Surprisingly.. so far the feeling is GOOD. (so far ye... tak tau ler kot2 esok lusa aku komplen byk keje plak..)
Maybe aku rasa FINALLY I can contribute something REALLY valuable to the bank. Or maybe I think at last my brain power (yg dah karat) is exercised and appreciated.
Kat sini I am originally hired to do Service Level Management (SLM). In this dept ada jugak a unit called Change Management (ChM). Amoi yg buat ChM ni tgh 8 mths pregnant, and the backup who is supposed to come in June sudah reject the offer..
Maka boss aku pun kalut la nak carik org baru (saper nak sila email resume kat aku). Meanwhile boss asked me if I can do ChM when this Amoi goes on maternity (since I did ChM in Maybank). I said ok.
Time nak tgh handover ni, amoi ni byk la plak EL and MC (understood lah). But yg susah hatinyer aku lah skang..even tho pernah buat, but diff bank uses diff tool, has diff process. Selain amoi ni, SEKOQ staff pun tak tau ChM inside out.

Plak tu hujung June aku kena train org in ChM. huiihhhh..mencabar btul. Aku pun tak habis training, ni nak train org.
Plak tu lagik, tool yg kitorang beli from this particular vendor, byk lagik error sana sini. Hari ni lepas habis testing, the vendor called us whether we can provide sign off for the tool since nak launch the project next week. Aku pun dgn bangganya gi cakap.."Easy decision, it's a NO GO"
Yer la nko.. nak suruh aku present/train org dgn tool yg tak siap, error sana sini.. I dowan to look like a clown in front a bunch of Senior Managers ok?
Oh btw, I tried to submit medical claim utk Balqis hari ni and got error
"Claim Denied - Child has exceeded the age of entitlement"
Anak aku baru 4 tahun daaaaaaaaaaa
