A Productive Weekend

Before tido semalam, I thought to myself, that I had a great weekend! Very productive one!

Saturday Balqis went outing with her father. Since princess is not around, so me and Photographer decided to shop at a place where it is not convenient to bring Balqis along.. mana lagi kalau bukan Jalan TAR!!!

Aku sendiri pun tak gemar pergi sana, ni kan plak nak bawak Balqis.. jgn harap! Dgn panas.. ramai org.. nak beli brg pun kalut nanti. So Saturday lepas tuition, went lunch at Sogo then kami pun memulakan ekspedisi mencari kain (nak buat naju nikah).

Jalan, masuk kedai, pegang kain, kuar kedai, jalan, masuk kedai, pegang kain, kuar kedai.. yada yada yada (and this repeats for at least 10 kali lagik). After few hours I told him "Eh recycle baju lama i je bleh dak? jimat duit!" hehehhe. yea rite! (Sib baik he said NO, coz I don't think I can muat pun in the baju.. iskkk)

Dipendekkan cerita we bought jugak ler this kain, chiffon (watever it is, aku bukan tau sgt jenis kain as long as it looks nice), satin lining plus kain utk baju melayu sekali.

Kay... baju nikah setel!!!!!

Second agenda is redecorating the room.

Since we will be staying at my parents place after getting married, we tot better kalau adjust sket the room to make it more like family place lah.. nak accomodate 3 org lepas nih.. So after Balqis dah tido, dgn bantuan maid kitorang start plak project ubahsuai Casa Impian hehehe.

Buang brg, toys and furniture yg tak pakai (more like kasi org la..) and bought few shelfs utk organizing book, toys and stuff.

I have to say the room now looks more spacious, better lah.. and Balqis now has her own area within the room.

Sunday sambung lagi project kemas bilik and shopping brg bilik sket2. Evening went swimming with future sister in laws (hehe... ambik hati beb!) and the kids - balqis and ema (6 mths old photographer punya anak sedara). Balqis really enjoyed herself lah.. with ema and the auntie2 around.. mama pun bleh rilek sket..heheh.
