lama tak update blog. as usual tak der excuse lain melainkan busy.
sometimes i wonder why i have so many outstanding items.

is it becoz i dunno how to organize my tasks? or is it simply i have too many thing to do?

tah ler... i suppose other ppl also have their own kerja, and everyone has 24 hours a day. so pandai2 la manage kerja sendiri yek?

classes dah start...aduss..byk giler asgmts.

this one subject, portfolio management, ada assignment 'simulation game'

each group is given RM1 million (how i wish betul2 sejuta!). invest the money in wherever u want, tapi kena justify la.. at the end of the semester, tgk hasil camner...

kalau aku ler ada sejuta...aku tak invest kot dlm stock, well..maybe la sket...

but generally this is how i wud spent my money....

bayar debt (CC, org, JPA, etc) - RM20K
habiskan loan kete - RM10K
my ASB - RM200K
balqis nyer ASB - RM200K
my tabung haji - RM200K
balqis nyer tabung haji - RM200K

ni assuming tabung haji ada max mcm ASB, tak sure plak if ada max amount? (hehe..nampak sgt saving tak pernah cecah max...)

RM830K balance RM170K.

dividend from ASB for both acct approximately 40K per year, which is dlm 3k++ per mth..
buleh la survive kalau tak keje...

RM170K, buleh la buat amal jariah sket2..pas tu enjoy sket2...pas tu belajor la berjinak2 dlm money market, to generate more money!

hehe... tu kalau aku punyer sorang la...saper nak kasik aku sejuta angkat tangan!!!
