My dad keeps on asking "after MBA wanna get married ke?" "kawin la cepat" or "tunggu apa lagi?"

why can't my parents just learn from experience? from what has happpened with my previous marriage? i think they think marriage is the final solution. yeah..maybe.. after i get married they wont have to pening kepala think about me anymore. yeah watever. i've got so many other things to do. marriage is probably the last 3 items in the list.
speaking of marriage, i just heard a bad news today. someone very, very close to me is getting divorced. The husband got an affair, and want to end the marriage. I was so terkejut beruk when I heard. The wife has been telling me few times, "if this happens..if that happens...i'll be okay on my own.." but I never thought something wud actually happen.
And knowing the husband, never tot he wud do such things. They have 1 lovely daughter, i thinks she's gonna be 8 in a few days time. poor little girl...
the husband is a psychiatrist (mind my spelling), and the wife is a GP. both studied together. it all started when one of the hubby's patient comitted suicide. the husband felt so depressed, and at the same time the wife has to work night shift. so the husband got no one to talk too. coincidently there's this psychiatrist lady in the same ofis as in the husband, they got close together. the rest u know la...
finally this married couple confronted, he admitted he is having and affair. he said the wife were never there, she never understands him, she this la..she that la...all sorts of stupid excuses. and finally he said the marriage is over.
the daughter begged him to stay, but he just left. stupid bastard!!
now the wife and daughter has moved out and starting a new life. they are in mid of contacting lawyers...bla bla bla.
what i wanted to say is, how has this happen? what is the root cause?
to me... although i am a woman, i think the root cause is the wife has not given enough attention to the husband.
BUT!!!!!!
that does not justify what the husband did. and oh yeah...husband also pukul her. no matter what is the cause, what the husband did was wrong. beating her, have an affair, neglecting the family. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!
on the other hand...
i feel husbands...
1. do not know how to appreciate their wife
2. have a very high expectation...have to cook, wash clean, have to be there for him, bla bla bla..
sometimes, i feel like husband just wait for the time the wife make a mistake, then they will use that reason to find other woman.
GUYS CAN ALL GO TO HELL!!!!!!

ok..sori for the overreaction. can't help it.
truth is...not all men are evil. and not all women are angel either... there are many good people out there.....still waiting for one...*wink*.
btw..this is my little princess..taken few mths back in melaka...

i object. this is mere generalization.
dont want to elaborate other than these few lines below
- guys always needed someone beside them i.e to be there for them coz that is the reason women is created.
- however they are to guide them if things are not working as it should. and they are to be blamed
- beating is never an option.
Conclusion - it is not about men or women. it is about our heart as human.
