Individualistic vs team player

Dulu2 masa awal2 buat resume, main taruk jer term team player lah.. can work independently lah.. tah apa maksud aku pun tak tau.

Lama2 dah keje ni baru aku belajar..what do they mean.

And I definitely categorize myself work best in a team.

And I defnitely HATE the people who work in team, but bersikap individualistic! EEEEIIIIIII geramnya!!!

In Maybank/CSS we had a great team. Adalah few yg bersikap individualistic, tu mmg sah2 tak leh join geng, asyik buat keje sendiri manjang.

Kat SCOPE, me, cath and andy made a fantastic team. Others.. hmppphh.. tak leh masuk.. sumer buat hal sendiri..susah nak dpt cooperation.

Kat sini..slowly I can see that most of the people here bersikap individualistic jugak. Padahal sumer keje in one team. Example..

S : D, can help me do testing ah? Short while only..
test test test.. ader lah dlm 1/2 jam
D : heyy... this is not fair! you are using my time to do your work!! what abt my work?

mak oiii.. berkira sampai gitu sekalik!..

and tadi kena kat aku sendiri..
me: D, nak tanya sikit, sibuk tak?
(under normal circumstance, org akan cakap.."kenapa?" or "ada apa?" or worst case "kejap ek.." guess what's the reply)
D: (geleng kepala without looking at me) sibuk!

cam mangkuk dak? and lepas tu tak bother pun nak tanya aku balik pasal what was it yg aku nak tanya..

cam bangang aaaaa...
