Kepala tgh pening....jom berblog kejap

Baru abih meeting. LEEEEGAAAAAAA!!!!

but never the same as kelegaan habis xm.

Alerr....everyone is on leave now, sumer busy study for finals. Me only stuck here in ofis :(
Anyway, guess wat, 1st time in my life quarrel with my boss.. BIG TIME nyer gaduh..hehe gaduh nak mempertahankan maruah!!!

ada la sorang lady kat ofis...complen a lot, do work little. she's the project coordinator for current project. i coordinated previous project, which..ehem..ehem...rollod out successfully..:)
so after CNY this lady got admited. today only came in to ofis.

i had to take up her work la.. which is very2 messy, all last menet. all these while i never complain abt her to my boss. lantak ko ler tak mo buat keje, asal jgn nyusahkan aku sudah.

but when i had to take over her work, which is obviously messy and everything is overdue. my boss started yelling everywhere, blaming me itu ini.

aku aper lagik....HANGIN satu badan. im trying my best to help, nak salahkan aku plak..cantek muka. aku pon dgn bangganya kuar sket la ceramah yg pernah dgr dlm class MBA.

"dont start blaming me..im sick of being blamed for anything that was not my responsibility" (ok yg ni dialog sendiri, MBA tak ajar)
"rather than look at wat hapen i think u shud analyse the root cause of the problem"
"i think u shud monitor your staff, see what she is doing or not doing"
"i think this team has communication problem"

best thing is, i have never complained about anyone to my boss..but this time kenot tahan. have to jaga nama also maaa....

"honestly i dont like her"
"she talks and complain a lot, but do very little work"
"i have guided her since my last project, she shud have no problem handling this project"
"i suggest she dont do this project anymore...will trouble other people"

hehhehe...nak kata puas hati...tak ler sgt. but have to take care of ownself jugak. sori la yek..:)

now my boss is okay, she knows the real situation. good.

i guess MBA had tot me a lot. ppl say academic and real life not the same. i disagree. MBA tot me to THINK, from various perspective, how to communicate, how to deal with an issue and think how to make money...hehehe...that's the best thing!

best thing is, you get to meet people from various backgrounds. In MBA, umor 40++ pon ader, vice president kat bank pon ader, unemployed pon ada..:).

It's fun I must say, studying with these people. Never tot I wud have a good fren who is 40++, unemployed millionaire...heheh...yes its true...jom belajar buat duit!!

Tapi mcm mana pon, hardones jugak best!!! you all realize tak dah more than 10 yrs kita kawan?
