Multivitamins and Fish Oil and jerawat

Assalamualaikum,

Ni actually citer basi. Berbulan dah, sejak balik cuti Australia haritu. Tapi tak kira lah nak cerita jugak!



During the trip, one of the item yang dishopping dan antara yang paling banyak meng-occupy space bag adalah..



Supplements!


Saja gatal kan.. padahal kat sini belambak je jual kat farmasi. Tapi kat Ostoliaaaaa jugak nak beli!


Maybe sbb kat sini tak sampai seru. Bila kat sana, kakak aku kan dokter. So kekdg tu bila bukak citer pasal health, penyakit itu ini, maka sampai la seru kitorang anak beranak nak ambik supplements.


Bebudak mmg aku ada bagi supplements dari dulu, but on off la. Kejap bagi itu, kejap bagi ini.


Actually supplements ni mmg belambak jual, and pelbagai jenis yang ada. So how do we know which ones yang suitable dgn badan kita?


Well kalau nak kira, semua je nak ambik kan. Ada multivitamins and minerals lah, ada fish oil lah, ada b complex lah, vit c, and segala jenis mak nenek lagi!


After much discussion and consideration, we concluded to take 2 main ones


1. Multivitamins and minerals
2. Fish oil


These 2, I think are the basic supplement yang mmg kena ambik. Multivitamin and minerals tu memang common lah kot kan, while the fish oil is pun banyak benefit, antaranya targeted for the heart diseases, reduce kolesterol and so on.


I think I blogged before that kat Melbourne ana this MyChemist outlet that sells cheap genuine perfumes and cheap cheap supplements.


So on the last day masa kitorang kat sana we decided to borong some supplements for the whole family!



These are multivitamins for yours truly and mr p.


Mr p punya dah nak habis dah. While aku punya penuh lagik. Sebab... errr.. jap agi citer..




Fish oil for yours truly and mr p


Again, hari2 mr p je yang dok telan benda ni. Aku tak mau! Sebab... jap agi citer!





For the children!



Masa mula2 balik cuti tu semangat weih makan supplement!


Aku la especially.


Then I noticed, after some time, muka aku naik JERAWAT!


I dono if I have blogged before, but since aku minum ephyra last puasa, muka aku stop naik jerawat.


So bila naik jerawat, and mind you bukan seketul, dm 2-3 ketul jugak, saya adalah PANIC. At first, I thought oh maybe because aku pegi Aussie tak bawak ephyra. But then mcm dah lama balik pun asyik naik jek.

Ini tidak boleh jadi!


Aku dok pk and pk, then instantly I knew, it must be either the multivitamin or the fishoil! Sebab ni je yang aku baru introduce in my lifestyle.


I consulted my sister and she said maybe its the FishOil.


Whatever it is, I instantly stop BOTH.

And waddayaknow, lepas aku stop je, jerawat pun stop naik.


Sigh.


I plan to start ambik mulltivitamin dulu, and see how it goes. Kalau ok, then the plan is just take the multivitamin and NEVER take fishoil.



Aku rela fishoil deficient daripada naik jerawat!

    Awak sama ngan saya. Klu amik anything oil based vitamin mmg SURE lah naik jerawat... EPO, Vit.E etc.. mmg sure lah tak leh consume langsung.. huhu.. rugi seyh..
