Milo Breakfast Day Run 2014

Assalamualaikum,


Rasanya ni antara cerita run yang paling cepat aku apdate kot.. selalu tunggu at least 3 bulan baru nak cerita :)


 The last time aku lari was few days before. Tak sampai 3km and my lutut sakit. 
Menyampah.


So since run ni 7km jek, I told to myself ok la kot. 


So masa mula2 mmg aku push. Thought to myself, 7 km jek, push je la. Lain la 21km kot nak slow and steady kan?


I even laju-er than mr p. Dia memula agak slow sbb kaki masih sakit akibat cycle the day before. Bangga kot dpt potong mr p!

*kembang kempis hidung*


After 2km, there you go, lutut aku start krak kruk krak kruk kesakitan balik. Tapi bearable, boleh tahan lagi. So I slowed down. Kot jatuh ke lagi malu weih.


Masa ni mr p dah sama dgn aku. I told him

"U nak pegi, pegi la dulu, I sakit lutut ni"

"Tak pe la, I pun sakit kaki, kita slow2 lah"


Alololo sweet la pulak susah sakit sama kannnn

Sampai kat checkpoint tgh2, mr p said

"Eh bib ni ada timer ke??"

"Ader lah!"

"I ingat tak de! Tu pasal I slow and steady jek... ok lah bai see u kat finishing line!"

Dipendekkan cerita, habis jugak la aku 7km tu dalam menahan kesakitan.

Seronok lari ni sbb you make new friends along the way, and of course, living a healthier life.


Which comes to my next story, my sakit lutut.

Started experiencing it masa MWM. Then few times aku lari sendiri pun rasa. Then this time. Yesterday pegi jumpa dokter GP.

Katanya pelincir kurang thats why the ligamen bergeser and resulting bengkak. (something like that, tak paham aku walaupun 5 kali dokter tu explain)

How did he know and sejauh mana accuracy, aku tatau and aku malas nak pertikai, sebab no matter what memang something is wrong with my knee.

So aku kena ambik vitamin, minum byk susu and protein.

Dia tak de pulak cakap kena rehat from lari, I'm assuming I have to lah kot.


And aku agak keheranan mcm mana lutut aku boleh sakit plak. 

Nak kata aku extreme lari, langsung x lah kot. Takat average seminggu sekali or twice, max.

Nak kata aku gemuk sgt before this, pun tak kot. I was berisi but tak de la sampai gemok gedebab kot.

Dokter kata possible jugak genetic.


Hmmmm...


Mak aku, and her sisters semua jenis sakit lutut dah tua2 nih. Cousin aku sorang tu siap operate lutut tapi dia tu mmg extreme lah lari2 compared to aku

So whatever it is, mmg aku kena jaga lah. As of running, to tell the truth I dono how I would feel kalau tak boleh lari langsung. Nak kata aku ni enjoy gila2 running, tidak jugak. But I do look forward nak masuk events. 

Running lah yang paling banyak contribute to my weights loss. 

Running lah jugak satu activity that I and my husband always do together and where we could spend time just the two of us.

Running lah jugak aku dapat jumpa kawan baru and sama2 share our excitement.

Hopefully tak ada apa2 serious lah lutut aku ni. Hopefully with the right technique and the right supplement boleh baik seperti sediakala hendaknya.
